architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services - this tender notice applies to tenders for total consultancy regarding. realization of a comprehensive plan for bo42, søndergården which is located in rønne on bornholm. sondergården, which was originally built in two departments, has been merged into one department in connection with the approval of the master plan in june 2021. the total number of homes will be changed from 95 to 94 homes. the comprehensive plan includes the renovation of structures and installations, the merging of apartments and the establishment of accessible housing. the project is projected in detail with a view to tendering the work in the main contract with a planned construction start in march 2023 and a construction period of 24 months
