1)Persons or corporations whose conducts have not come under Article 5 of the Public Works Research Institute Contract Code.
2)have Grade A, B, C or D on "Selling of products" and "Manufacturing of producuts" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
3)not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification to Bid Opening.
