The City of Wilton Manors, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified licensed and bonded firm, to provide Building Inspection and Plans Review Services.  The work consists of providing inspection and plans review services for various trades and disciplines.  The selected Contractor will provide building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, elevator and structural inspection and plans review services as outlined in the Florida Building Code, and as referenced herein.  The selected Contractor shall provide code compliance services to enforce the Florida Building Code.  Such services shall include, inspection, all required paperwork to comply with State of Florida State Statutes and City of Wilton Manors Code of Ordinances, and preparation for and attending the Special Magistrate hearings.  

The City of Wilton Manors averages approximately 300 hours total of plans examination and inspection a month.  Service shall be in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
