⑶ Nature and Quantity of the services to be purchased :
① Cleaning in Tsukishima 1-chome housing complex and others, Urban Renaissance Agency, 1 set
② Cleaning in Tetsugakudo Koen Heights housing complex and others, Urban Renaissance Agency, 1 set
③ Cleaning in Kamiuma 2-chome housing complex and others, Urban Renaissance Agency, 1 set
④ Cleaning in City Heights Karasuyama housing complex and others, Urban Renaissance Agency, 1 set
⑤ Cleaning in Minami Rokugo 1-chome housing complex and others, Urban Renaissance Agency, 1 set

⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2027.

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting practice.
② have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of the Classification of "Service offer" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment by East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2021 and 2022.
③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ have proven record of experiences of the services concerned.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents 11 October 2021.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender documents 12 : 00 P.M. 30 November 2021.
