The present tender includes gardening and landscaping work as well as traffic route construction work for the production of the parking facilities on the premises of the Saxon Police University in Rothenburg / Oberlausitz, Friedensstrasse 120 in 02929 Rothenburg / Oberlausitz.

Access can be via Friedensstrasse.

The tender includes the construction of a parking lot with a total area of approx. 5,500 m2.

The services include the production of 4,240 m2 of paved areas, of which 2,085 m2 are to be made as asphalt surfaces and 2,060 m2 as large stone paving areas with lawn joints, and further areas are to be paved with small stone paving and concrete slabs.

Furthermore, 1,247 m2 of planting and lawn areas are being created, of which 687 m2 are to be laid out as lawns (including completion maintenance) and approx. 560 m2 are to be established as planting areas (ground cover planting, hedge planting and 24 tree planting including finishing maintenance and subsequent 2-year development maintenance).

225 m of chain fence are to be built.

The service includes the production of a total of 2 barrier systems, the installation of a total of 2 filler trenches and 284 m gravel trenches and, among other things, the production of 12 pieces of foundations for mast lights and 396 m cable trenches.
