Department of Defence (Defence) provides this Notice supplementary to the Request for Information (RFI) EIG/BSTP/2021/01: Services Transformation Program – Industry Engagement Activity which closed on 17 September 2021.

This Notice is to assist Industry with its forward planning as Defence advises that it currently anticipates that it could approach the market for Services in the second half of 2022, potentially in the third quarter.

In addition Defence releases the initial Participant Contact List collated under the RFI. The release of the Contact List is in accordance with the RFI’s Conditions for Industry Engagement clause 3.4. The purpose of the Contact List is to facilitate the establishment of connections and potential teaming arrangements amongst industry participants for any future procurement process in relation to the Services Transformation Program.

The initial Participant Contact List is also published on the Defence Services Transformation Program website ( Services Transformation Program). Updated versions of the Contact List will only be published (when necessary) on the Services Transformation Program website.

Defence offers any interested party not included on the initial Participant Contact List the opportunity to be included on updated versions of the Contact List by returning a signed Participant Disclosure and Consent Form to bst.contactofficer@defence.gov.au. Inclusion on the Contact List is voluntary.
