montrose county is seeking proposals from consultants and qualified individuals to provide civil engineering design, surveying, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and/or construction field engineering and construction support services. this will be an on-call d contract that will be effective january 1, 2022 through december 31, 2022, and may be extended for up to two (2) additional years at the sole discretion of the county. consultant(s) that are awarded a contract will be engaged as-needed. because of the range of services being solicited, more than one consultant may be selected. however, montrose county makes no guarantee that multiple consultants will be awarded a contract. please see full bid package for additional information.
