⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : WATANABE Yasunori, Commander, 9th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters.

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be Purchased :
① Procurement of electricity used in Niigata Air Government Building and 3 other locations, contract As shown in the tender documentation, the estimated electricity for the year As shown in the tender documentation.
② Procurement of electricity used in Kanazawa harbor wharf Gorojima and 2 other locations, contract As shown in the tender documentation, the estimated electricity for the year As shown in the tender documentation.
⑷ Term of a contract and delivery period : From 1, April 2022 through 31 March 2023.
⑸ A demand place and delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
ⅰ)not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
ⅱ)not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
ⅲ)① have Grade A, B, C or D of level of Interest in "Selling" in Kantokoshinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2019・2020・2021.
② have Grade A, B, C or D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kantokoshinetsu area or Tokaihokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2019・2020・2021.
ⅳ)The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time limit for tender : ①② 17 : 00, 6, December, 2021.
