⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 22 and 23 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Hirosaki University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Tohoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by National University Corporation Hirosaki University,
C meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director-General may specify,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General, Director of University Library, National University Corporation Hirosaki University.
