The Historical Soil Data Capture Payments Program will increase the amount of privately held soil data available for use by the Commonwealth and public. A panel of Data Brokers will capture, store, manage, transform and share this soil data with the Commonwealth to contribute to a national soil data repository. Data Brokers will enter into agreements with Data Owners (participants) to acquire historic soil data for the Program and support the Program to meet its ives.
