⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Akira Moriuchi, Chief of Hiroshima Prefectural Police Headquart-ers.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Hiroshima Prefectural Police School, contract 413kW, the estimated electricity for the year 821,556kWh
⑷ Delivery period : From February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those Who :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A or B "Manufacture of product" or "Sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021
④ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 30 December 17, 2021
