⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electric power to be consumed at The Naha first local Joint Government Building whose contracted power is 740kW and estimated annual consumption of electric power is 1,911,000kWh, and The Okinawa Legal Joint Government Building whose contracted power is 138kW and estimated annual consumption of electric power is 295,000kWh.

⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2022 through 31 March 2023.

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Not be a person who is under the ban from being nominated by the Ministry of Agency. ④Have Grade A or B in "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Kyusyu and Okinawa Area for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021. ⑤Have registered as a Retail Electricity Utility in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑥Meet the qualification requirements if the Obligating Officer may specify, in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑦Agree to pledge on gang exclusion matters shown in the tender documentation.
