deion derby city council (the council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for asbestos removal and remediation services involving the removal of notifiable asbestos, removal/encapsulation of notifiable and non-licensed asbestos, removal/encapsulation of non-notifiable and non-licensed asbestos, collection of asbestos waste, environmental cleans provision of asbestos related equipment and materials, and an emergency call-out service.
