wp 6: action plan - the kainuu association is the main partner in the kolarctic cbc-funded ko1029 barents region transport and logistics (brtl) project. the project has a total of 13 partners from norway, sweden, finland and russia. to date, the project has examined e.g. the relationship between the barents transport and logistics market and the global transport and logistics market, the current state of low carbon transport and intelligent transport (its), and the so-called case studies work package analyzing the development of barents transport and passenger transport from a green shift and intelligent mobility perspective.
