deion derby city council is seeking a provider of mentoring services to support priority families for an initial period of twelve months between 1 april 2022 and 31 march 2023. the service provider will set up a 'model of operation' that delivers the council's requirements and is able to demonstrate how it will meet the council's requirements. the overall aim of the service is to improve outcomes for families in derby. we seek to do this by ensuring the priority families mentoring service complements the current early help offer, with a focus on delivering differently derby aims, through the provision of, mentoring from an independent organisation (the service provider), to: • ensure that families in derby have access to a mentor when required to support them to meet and sustain their identified outcomes, • provide support to families that supports them to make significant progress in all six of the nationally set criteria areas. please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 11.30pm on 23/11/2021. it is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a bid. the deadline for returns is 10.00am on 24/11/2021 select the "apply online" in the bottom right hand corner of this notice – this will transfer you to the council's e-tendering system at www.eastmidstenders.org, where you can express interest and obtain the documents. documents are available at www.eastmidstenders.org please search for td1750 please note: we will only accept s of interest through the e-tendering system.
