the council wishes to award a contract for the winter festival. through this procurement we are seeking to engage the services of a creative thinking event company that can take the concept of a ‘winter festival’ and create a vibrant audience driven programme of events and activity that generates footfall and interest in the key areas of harrogate, ripon, masham, knaresborough, pateley bridge and boroughbridge. the programme would run in february 2022 with marketing support from destination harrogate. it is envisioned that the event/activity may include music/theatre/dance/lighting/installations etc., however as long as the core ives of the event are met, we welcome other suggestions.
