lewisham council is seeking to commission a project aimed at reducing isolation and providing a befriending service with advocacy for those who are vulnerable within lewisham’s communities. this support should be peer-led and delivered predominantly via group programmes. the overall aim of the project should be to achieve improved emotional wellbeing, reduced isolation, increased resilience and empowerment within the communities.
