leeds city council (lcc) invites costed proposals for a conservation plan for a unique historic site of national and international significance. the purpose of this commission is to inform longer-term conservation of the site and to develop the visitor experience. consultants should be experienced historic building professionals, preferably accredited, with a track record in traditional building conservation. they will be familiar with assessing cultural significance and value and have experience of stakeholder management and an openness to taking relevance into account while forming the plan.
